BE POSITIVE ABOUT LIVE

Having a positive attitude in any ugly event is the key to get the message out of any mess one is going through. This positive attitude is simply that die-hard determination, which makes quitting so impossible to you.

This attitude compels you to hold on and hold out no matter the circumstance. Do you know that by holding on, you are proving God’s capability in that situation?

There are three stages in every great work of God; first, it is impossible, then it is difficult, then it is done. All you need to do is endure and hold on no matter how long it takes.

Always magnify the positive in any negative event in your life, no matter what you are going through; there is always something to be thankful for.

Oh! Every time I remember the story of Dr Glenn Cunningham, stream of tears and determination swells up within me.
Hear the story of how he survived, despite the crippling state he found himself.

At the age of 8, he had the job of coming to school early each day to start the fire and warm the classroom before his teacher and his classmates arrived. This he does with the help of an old-fashioned pot-bellied coal stove, in the classroom.
One morning, they arrived to find the classroom engulfed in flames. They dragged the unconscious Glenn out of the flaming building.

He had major burns over the lower half of his body and somehow, to the amazement of the physicians that predicted his death, he survived.

After many weeks, the doctor told his mother that it would be almost better if he had died, since he was doomed to be a lifetime cripple with no use of his lower limbs.

Once more, the brave boy made up his mind. He wouldn’t be crippled he decided that he would walk. Through his daily massages, his dogged persistence and rugged determination, he did develop the ability to stand, then to walk with a stick, then to walk by himself and then to run. This wasn’t an easy process for him, but his resolute determination kept him on course.
He began to walk to school, then to run to school, he ran for the sheer joy of running. Later in college, he made the track team.

In the year 1938, he won the 1500 meters dash in the A.A.U championship in Madison square garden. This he did with a world record of 3min 48.8sec.
He also led his team to victory at the N.Y.U championship that same year, in the 1600 meters relay, with a record of 3min 19.4sec.

In the year 1940, Glenn Cunningham won the Baxter mile event in the 1500 meter race. He conquered with a world record of 4min 4.0sec.
His brilliant performance in track events saw his name through to the Track and Field Hall of Fame, just to mention but a few of his achievement.

Wow! Just imagine the way determination can pave once embraced and not allowed to go. It is just incredible!

Greatness requires an enduring spirit. Great men and women celebrated the world over, all had to endure ugly situations before they got to their throne.

Never forget, everything happens for a reason and there is hope for brighter days even in the most desolate of circumstances. Giving up is an insult to God, therefore never, ever give up.

No matter the mountain you are climbing always encourage yourself and see that you have much to be thankful for.
The road to success is littered with failures. Why should we feel doomed when we fail? When we can learn far more from failures than we might from success, it only justifies that we are human.

Hear Steven Covey, “the only way one fails is when he stops trying”.
Yes, you have started, be determined to finish that which will earn you your crown.

Don’t stop trying; keep holding on, because the prize of life is not for starters but for finishers. Stopping half-way creates an opportunity for someone else to finish what you started and claim your glory.

No matter that rock-hard situation, turn it to your advantage by imbibing that red-hot determination, faith in God and a never quitting attitude towards it.

Determine today never to stop, never to give up, never to look down on yourself. Believe in yourself, because you are the best there is.

Always express and magnify the positive in every negative event you might be going through. Focus on the honey in the honeycomb and not the bees.

Mike Murdock once said, “success always smile at the face of the man who refuses to smile at the corridor of failure”. If failure smiles at you, refuse to smile back.

If you know where you are going, and maintain an aggressive determination towards your destination, nothing can stop you. “The world makes way for the man who knows where he is going” Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Also note it is very necessary you help someone live this life on a positive note.
This you can do, by giving what you have and who you are.

If your success isn’t touching and changing the lives of people around you, then you are yet to be successful.
Hear Napoleon Hill, “it is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed”.

The great oil billionaire H.L Hunt was once asked the positive secret of success. He replied two things and two things only.

First, he said, “you must know exactly what you want”. Most people never make this decision. Second, he said, “you must determine the price you have to pay to achieve it, and then get busy paying that price”.

Paying that price may not be a piece of cake, but know that the higher the price the higher your goal. Even if you fail, keep trying and the price will be paid.

Don’t pay the price that will lead to someone else downfall.
Be positive about life, Determine to live right. Peace.
